Project Background
The Zhengzhou Nissan Pickup Truck Frame Welding Line Project aims to enhance the welding process and automation level of the frame assembly line, ensuring efficient operation and product quality. The project includes several sub-projects such as the frame assembly welding line, front frame assembly welding line, rear frame assembly welding line, longitudinal beam assembly workstation, and frame sub-assembly workstation. (hereinafter referred to as “Duoyuan “) is responsible for the entire process, covering design, manufacturing, packaging and transportation, installation and commissioning, production support training, and after-sales service.
Project Details
The transportation systems of the front frame line, rear frame line, and frame assembly line achieve mutual communication and seamless integration, equipped with safety interlock functions. The assembly of the front and rear longitudinal beams and the offline of the frame assembly are handled manually using pneumatic hoists. To avoid interference and collisions between the pneumatic hoist and automatic lifting devices during longitudinal beam assembly and frame assembly offline processes, the project has added corresponding safety facilities such as mechanical supports, detection switches, and safety programs. The front/rear frame conveyor lines and the frame assembly conveyor line are each equipped with two sets of lifting devices, which are serially connected, moving synchronously, lifting synchronously, and gripping synchronously. To meet future capacity enhancement needs, the walking servo drive can handle the high-speed dragging of multiple sets of lifting devices, ensuring the entire transportation cycle time does not exceed 50 seconds.
The project employs high-quality arc welding robots capable of covering the entire welding area, providing efficient, stable, and safe welding capabilities to meet various production needs. The robots feature an integrated base welded from steel sections and plates thicker than 25mm, ensuring reliable and stable operation of the system, avoiding significant vibrations. The robot control cabinet is equipped with a transformer to adapt to factory power conditions, preventing the power grid from affecting the robots. The external axis can rotate at multiple angles and lock in place, with precision meeting the welding requirements of the robots. The control system includes program editing, external condition judgment, anomaly checking, and sensor interface functions, while the programmer can meet the production needs of multiple products on-site.
