To meet the rapid development demands of the new energy vehicle market, a leading Taiwanese enterprise has planned and constructed a domestically leading bus dedicated production line, aiming to establish a highly efficient, intelligent, and flexible production system. Zhengzhou Duoyuan Vehicle Equipment Co., Ltd., leveraging its core technological advantages and extensive project experience in the field of intelligent bus equipment, has undertaken this project. The company is responsible for providing full-process intelligent production line equipment and solutions. Currently, the project has entered the equipment installation and commissioning phase.

Production Program
Annual single-shift production capacity: 500 buses, covering multiple models ranging from 6 to 12 meters.
Operating Schedule: 250 working days per year, single 8-hour shift operation, ensuring highly efficient and stable production cycle times.
Core Equipment & Technical Highlights
Intelligent Structural Assembly: Utilizes various specialized assembly equipment and CNC systems to achieve high-precision body structure assembly and reliable connection, balancing strength and lightweight requirements. Process Automation: Integrates automated skin panel leveling & riveting systems, laser drilling equipment, and custom heavy-duty AGVs (10-ton class) with charging systems to enhance key process efficiency and consistency, enabling unmanned material transfer. Quality Assurance System: Equipped with a water test chamber, automatic tire mounting and torqueing machines, and vacuum/non-vacuum filling equipment for comprehensive sealing, safety, and functional verification. Auxiliary equipment like four-post lifting platforms ensures production safety and process stability.
