Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver the website and protect the inquiry form from abuse. The form uses hashed IP and email values for temporary rate limits. Website hosting, database storage, rate limiting and email delivery rely on service providers, whose infrastructure may be outside your country.

Storage and privacy requests

For questions about storage of your inquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@duoyuan.cn with enough information for our team to identify the inquiry. Please do not send identity documents unless our team requests them through an appropriate channel.
