This project is dedicated to providing Kawa Automobile of the Sultanate of Oman with advanced turnkey solutions for non-standard equipment in welding, painting and assembly workshops. The bus production line project encompasses the entire process from design, supply, installation, and commissioning, aiming to create a highly efficient, intelligent production line capable of producing 1,000 buses annually.
Core equipment on the production line includes large-top automatic spot welding equipment, welding and assembly power grid, assembly equipment, skin roller pressing equipment, skin tensioning equipment, welding fixtures, grinding room, conveyor lines, power-assisted installation equipment, and lifting trolleys, fully covering the key process requirements of welding, painting, and assembly workshops. Through highly automated and intelligent equipment integration, production efficiency and product quality can be significantly improved while energy consumption and operating costs can be reduced.
The production line’s equipment utilizes advanced international technical standards, tailored to local needs, providing customers with one-stop service and ensuring the stability and reliability of the production line. Upon completion, the project will provide a solid foundation for high-quality, large-scale production, setting a new benchmark for new energy vehicle manufacturing in the Middle East.
