Project Overview

For the cab and chassis lines, we employed Load type AGVs. The design meets the production needs of both single and double-row models and includes worker platforms on both sides, facilitating streamlined operations and maximizing production cadence. The AGVs are interconnected through a dispatch system, allowing them to automatically stop at designated stations and release via a foot pedal after tasks are completed. Equipment status updates and alerts for low battery or operational anomalies are sent to the backend system. Fault information is displayed on both the AGV’s control screen and the backend dispatch system, supporting both intelligent automatic and manual operation modes.The AGVs are equipped with collision detection devices at the front and rear, automatically stopping when encountering obstacles or personnel, and resuming operation once the path is clear. Alerts can be read from the backend dispatch system. Emergency stop buttons are installed on the front and rear sides of the AGVs for quick response to abnormal operations.

The cab and chassis transfer lines use EMS and hoists to switch between high and low workstations, ensuring timely production processes. The EMS system is linked to a central control system via remote antennas, allowing for remote monitoring and adjustment of overall operations. The AGVs’ positions are controlled by scanning QR codes on aluminum rails, ensuring precise positioning. The lift mechanism uses dual synchronized motors to ensure coordinated movement, maintaining belt tension and level lifting. The hoists feature linear guides and ball screw adjustment mechanisms, allowing for flexible switching between various models. The hoist design includes a scissor fork stabilization structure to minimize body shake during lifting and adjustable legs to accommodate different models, with automatic opening and closing functions. Each step is designed with operator and product safety in mind, incorporating foolproof interlock functions to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Ensured Safety

Stable Operation

The hoist design includes a scissor fork stabilization structure to minimize body shake during lifting, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Foolproof interlock functions further safeguard operator and product safety.

Upon completion, the project enables flexible and continuous production of non-load-bearing models under 6 meters, increasing capacity from 20 JPH to 25 JPH. This significantly enhances the efficiency and flexibility of the Wuling New Energy EMS+AGV transportation project, improving operational convenience and safety, and showcasing DUOYUAN’s technical expertise and professional capabilities in automotive intelligent manufacturing.
