This welding line was developed primarily for a new energy plant upgrade project in Guangdong, China, aiming to improve production capacity and efficiency. The project encompassed a comprehensive upgrade of welding fixtures, conveying equipment, hoists, and auxiliary equipment. DUOYUAN was responsible for the design, manufacture, transportation, installation, commissioning, and related technical support of the entire welding line. Project Overview
The body assembly line includes the following main systems and equipment: line roller bed + skid conveying system, welding fixtures, welding equipment, steel structure, secondary power, and hanging system. The entire production line is planned and designed according to the rhythm of 4JPH, with a total of 10 workstations (including 1 reserved station), covering key stations such as laser engraving, side panel assembly, laser welding room, body conveying, low-station welding, and high-station welding.
