H01 Project meticulously planned two core areas: the main welding line and the sub-assembly line. We are honored to undertake the overall project of the welding workshop, from design, production, installation to commissioning, with every step embodying our pursuit of excellence in quality. The welding line, as the cornerstone of the car body structure, covers the main welding line, sub-assembly line, adjustment line, and other lines. Each segment is crucial, collectively building the robust framework of the H01 project.

Key Features

1、 Efficient Conveying System :

  • Based on the client’s production capacity and cycle requirements, we employed a combination of FDS (Flexible Delivery System), EMS (Electric Monorail System), and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) to achieve precise material transfer.

2、 Modular Design :

  • The ingenious use of modular design allows components such as doors, side panels, floors, and engine compartments to operate concurrently, ensuring continuity and efficiency in the production process. This grants the sub-assembly line high flexibility and scalability. Whether it’s model updates or production adjustments, we can easily adapt to meet the diverse needs of the client.

3、 Robotic Welding Technology :

  • The main welding line is equipped with 15 high-precision welding robots, achieving fully automated welding of the car body. The sub-assemblies of the front floor and engine compartment are transported to the main welding line’s loading station by AGV, where robots automatically pick and weld the components.
  • In the final assembly station, the left and right side panels are positioned via EMS, and the assembly is completed by 2 pick-up robots and 3 welding robots working in coordination. This ensures precise welding of the underbody, side panels, and roof, maintaining an efficient production rhythm.

To enhance the body strength, an additional manual welding station is set up on the main welding line. The completed white car body frame is transported to the adjustment line by EMS for final door installation and adjustment, ensuring the quality and safety of each vehicle.

Project Outcomes

The project is now fully operational, with equipment precision, safety performance, reliability, and production pace all meeting the highest standards. This project lays a solid foundation for the OEM’s ambitious goal of producing 200,000 vehicles annually. With our robust support, this OEM is poised to achieve even greater success in the future.
