The welding production line for Shaanxi Auto’s military vehicle cabs is meticulously designed to enhance manufacturing efficiency and ensure superior welding quality. Assembly Processes

1. Floor Assembly: The initial stage where the base structure of the cab is assembled.

2. Left and Right Side Panel Assembly: Precision assembly of the side panels to form the cab’s main body.

3. Rear Panel Assembly: Integration of the rear panel to complete the cab’s enclosure.

4. Roof Assembly: Installation of the roof to provide structural integrity and protection.

5. Front Panel Upper Cover Assembly: Assembly of the front panel and its upper cover, critical for the cab’s aerodynamics and protection.

Robotic Welding Stations

To ensure the highest welding quality, the project includes two state-of-the-art robotic welding stations. These stations are capable of meeting the demanding requirements of welding 6mm thick 6211 ballistic plates and 510 high-strength steel plates with beveled butt joints.
