News Summary
Recently, the company completed a phased construction of its final assembly line project for a major domestic OEM, designed to meet the needs of new energy vehicle manufacturing. The project covers key processes including PBS (Battery Parts), interior, chassis, frame, sub-assembly, and final testing. It integrates AGV/EMS conveyor coordination, automated process equipment, and digital management capabilities, providing systematic support for the customer’s flexible co-production of multiple vehicle models.

Six core lines
- PBS Line: Handles the buffering, sorting, transshipment, and lifting of the body-in-white, ensuring a stable 12-JPH cycle for subsequent assembly stages.
- Interior Line: Completes tasks such as dashboard assembly, sunroof installation, wiring harness installation, interior trim, windshield installation, VIN marking, and door disassembly, using EMS-AGVs for body transfer and switching.
- Chassis Line: Utilizes AGVs as carriers and transfer vehicles to assemble and secure major chassis components such as the powertrain, rear axle, suspension, and battery pack to the body.
- Frame Line: Completes door module reinstallation and electrical testing, seat assembly, and auxiliary handling and assembly of large components such as PDUs, using transfer machines for complete vehicle handover.
- Sub-assembly Line: Centrally handles the pre-assembly of major assemblies such as doors, dashboards, engines, powertrains, and rear axles, relieving pressure on the main assembly line and improving its efficiency.
- Final stage: Complete quantitative filling of oil medium, fuel air tightness test, tire treatment, vehicle calibration, appearance quality inspection, paint repair and charging debugging.

Automation, digitalization and quality control
The project is equipped with key equipment such as a robotic glass coating station, dashboard-assisted robotic arm, sunroof-assisted robotic arm, door-mounted/door-assisted robotic arm, PDU-assisted robotic arm, front seat-assisted robotic arm, battery pack loading hoist, tire tightening machine, fuel gas sealing testing equipment, and a multi-media filling system. This reduces the pressure of high-intensity handling and repetitive tasks, improving assembly consistency.
The production line is also equipped with digital capabilities such as a central control system, ANDON system, filling data system, and VIN code laser engraving equipment. This enables production data collection, anomaly response, identity traceability, filling traceability, and off-line quality control, establishing a manageable, traceable, and collaborative operational foundation for the final assembly process of new energy vehicles.

Project Value
- A hardware and process system covering the entire assembly process of new energy vehicles has been established to support the flexible co-production of the W10, U10, and Z10 models.
- The body, chassis, frame, and final inspection processes are streamlined using methods such as PBS buffer sorting, EMS hoisting, AGV transfer, and transfer machine deployment.
- Major assemblies are pre-assembled centrally on the sub-assembly line to alleviate assembly pressure on the main line and improve cycle time management.
- Assembly consistency, quality traceability, and production site responsiveness are enhanced through automated equipment, dedicated testing equipment, and digital systems.
