This project is a turnkey project of Liuzhou Wuling G200P project. DUOYUAN Intelligent is responsible for implementing the main welding line, adjustment line, machine transportation line, upper body manual line, side panel manual line, and the design, manufacture, installation and acceptance of the corresponding steel structure of the entire project.
The main equipment of the production line includes sub-assembly fixtures, main line assembly fixtures, general assembly opengate flexible switching system, lifting roller bed, AGV school bus, automatic gluing system, visual guidance system, etc.
The main line assembly station mainly adopts the opengate flexible switching system, equipped with 4 spot welding robots and 1 grabbing robot, which can realize flexible and automatic switching of four types of vehicles.
The second-floor platform is equipped with an empty skid return line, which can realize the skid circular transportation through elevators, transverse roller beds and fixed roller beds.
The entire project not only realizes the production of the G200P single-row cab model, but also reserves a mixed-line production workshop for the G200PS double-row cab model on the same platform, allowing for sharing by multiple models.
