Innovating overseas manufacturing: full analysis of high-precision flexible welding assembly line for pickup trucks
In order to improve the automation level and assembly efficiency of the cargo box production line of overseas customers, this project designed a flexible production line covering 5 core stations for the welding, assembly and transportation process of pickup truck cargo boxes. By integrating track transportation, fixture positioning, automatic welding and tightening equipment, high-precision assembly and efficient circulation of cargo box parts can be achieved.
