1. The main equipment for vehicle body welding includes: skeleton CNC splicing equipment : mainly used for precise splicing of vehicle body skeleton to ensure welding accuracy. Skin tensioning equipment : Ensure the flatness and tight fit of the body skin. Workstation operation lifting equipment: Improve the flexibility and operational convenience of the production line.
2. The main equipment for component welding includes left and right side frame welding, upper floor frame welding, top cover frame welding, manual welding fixtures for front and rear walls, automatic spot welding equipment for top skin, etc. The welding of the bottom plate, left and right side panels, and top cover skeleton is equipped with advanced robot welding systems to ensure welding accuracy and consistency, and reduce human errors. Improved the overall quality of the product.

The mainline equipment adopts a flexible automatic switching servo system, which can complete the vehicle model switching work within 5 minutes, ensuring the positioning adjustment and accuracy control of the vehicle body, ensuring the accuracy of skeleton assembly and the leveling effect of skin tension.
Through joint research and development with MAN Germany, we have developed high-precision and highly flexible welding fixtures that better meet project requirements. These fixtures can automatically switch between 13 vehicle models on a single set.
Configure pneumatic switching positioning units, vehicle type switching verification and detection, RFID detection for tire switching, automatic switching of welding programs, and offline rapid programming of robots at the robot workstation to ensure fast vehicle type switching.
The welding system is equipped with functions such as system pressure detection, flow detection, and profile placement detection.Laser trackers are used for real-time monitoring of the welding process to ensure stable and consistent welding quality.
