Qingling pickup truck frame welding production line

The pickup truck frame welding production line is mainly used for the assembly welding of pickup truck frame subassemblies and the robot welding of the frame body. This project includes 36 sets of fixtures, equipped with 36 Panasonic ultra-low spatter welders and 14 welding robots, using double-pulse Panasonic welders imported from Japan. The production line uses frame longitudinal beam arc welding anti-deformation technology, robot automatic welding, frame automatic conveying and digital factory technologies, which can realize flexible robot automatic welding production of chassis of multiple models.

Robotic welding of the front and rear frames is mainly used for the welds of the front and rear longitudinal beams, cross beams, longitudinal beam middle sections and shortened assemblies to form the main body of the front and rear frames. The welding of the front frame assembly is divided into four processes: the first and third processes are manual loading and spot welding fixed stations, and the second and fourth processes are robot welding stations (with positioners to ensure that every weld can be welded). The welding of the rear frame assembly is the same as the welding of the front frame assembly, and is also divided into four stations to ensure that multiple models can be shared.

The robot welding of the frame assembly is mainly used to assemble the front frame and the rear frame into the main weld of the frame assembly. The manual support station is used to weld the sleeve parts with the highest precision requirements of the frame, and perform repair welding, grinding and manual inspection and finishing to ensure that it reaches the offline state.

Each workstation realizes a combination of automated conveying and automatic loading of workpieces. All conveying drives are controlled by servo motors, which can not only ensure conveying accuracy but also meet the requirements of special working conditions.
