Qingdao Meijin Hydrogen Energy Bus Assembly Line Project is a project in which our DUOYUAN Intelligent Company is responsible for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the entire line of equipment. The main equipment of this project includes body hoist, single-plate chain assembly line, chassis rail high-position trolley, tire power-assisted manipulator, tire tightening machine, windshield power-assisted manipulator arm, second-layer assembly platform, etc.
The assembly process of the whole vehicle is to lower the bus to the high-position trolley on the chassis track through the crane and body hoist for assembly, and then send the bus to the tire station for tire assembly and tightening, and finally assemble on the single-plate chain. This production line is mainly responsible for the general assembly, subassembly and whole vehicle assembly of 1,000 buses in a single shift.
