The rain test room is one of the necessary equipment for the inspection of finished passenger cars. It is used to test the rainproof sealing performance of passenger cars and simulate the impact of natural rainfall or dripping water on passenger cars under the use conditions. The rain test room developed by our company uses a vertical pipeline pump. A water storage tank is installed in front of the water pump. It can be used directly after starting up, and there is no need to inject water every time it is turned on. The fully automatic cleaning filter installed on the main pipeline can effectively filter impurities such as sediment, and can automatically clean the filter screen, eliminating the trouble of regular cleaning of the filter screen.
