Understand the equipment
This equipment is suitable for installing engine assemblies on full-load production chassis assembly lines. It has lifting, engine assembly inclination, Y-direction translation adjustment functions and an automatic walking mechanism. The lifting device uses a scissor-type hydraulic station for lifting. The lifting force of a single unit can be designed according to needs, and it has a hydraulic lock or mechanical self-locking function. The inclination of the engine assembly can be adjusted freely within the range of 0-15 degrees. The Y-direction adjustment range is based on the center, and can be translated 120mm to the left and right. The hydraulic station is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, the power cord is 40m long, and a manual winding wheel is used to retract and release the wire. All control valves are electromagnetic valves, which are superimposed and installed. The pipeline layout is reasonable, and the control switch is installed in a fixed control cabinet, which is convenient for actual operation. Two people can easily complete swinging, steering and manual pushing, and it is safe and reliable during walking and operation. The lifting and various adjustments are flexible and stable without creeping.
These are the requirements to discuss when selecting and integrating this equipment.
Include drawings or process information where available, and identify the interfaces with your existing line.
