Assembly power grid

The height of the power grid column of the general assembly line is temporarily set at 3 meters. If Party A has special requirements, the height of the column can be adjusted according to the actual situation. According to the structure of the plant, the grid can be column-type or suspended. The steel structure column adopts thick-walled square tubes, and the lower end of the column is welded to the embedded parts for secondary pouring. The upper part of the steel structure adopts trusses to consider the installation of compressed air pipelines, cable troughs, lighting, fans, etc. The compressed air system is mainly composed of main pipelines and branch pipelines. The lower part of the branch pipeline is connected to the air bag to ensure the air consumption of the line. Workstation lighting is installed on both sides of the production line, using Philips LED grille lights. Industrial wall fans are installed on steel structure columns. One industrial wall fan is installed on each column, and the diameter of the industrial wall fan is 650mm. The power box is arranged at a height of about 1.5 meters on the side of each steel structure column.
