The Hyundai light truck cab welding line in Kazakhstan is located in the Almaty Industrial Park and was commissioned by ASTANA MOTOR. It primarily produces Hyundai light trucks and logistics storage vehicles. This project includes cab sub-assembly welding jigs, final assembly welding jigs, column-type power frames, and related supporting welding equipment.
From design and production to shipping and installation, the project took six months. The goods were shipped from the Putian station of the China-Europe freight train and arrived at the Almaty railway port in 15 days. Once the containers arrived on site, our professional installation team completed the basic equipment installation in 4 weeks and all installation and commissioning within 6 weeks, ensuring that the customer met their target for mass production in February 2023.
