The EMS automated conveyor line project for Foton Heavy Truck is a design and manufacturing project of Duoyuan Company , which includes a conveyor line system for chassis and a conveyor line system for cab. The system adopts modern mechanical, electrical and automatic control technology to integrate storage, transportation, loading and unloading and process operations into a flexible production system. In the material handling industry, especially in the automotive field, this project plays a vital role.


The EMS self-propelled trolley conveyor line consists of a closed chain hoist and a traveling trolley, aluminum alloy tracks and connectors, busbars, body assembly hangers and electronic control parts. It has the characteristics of accurate parking, simple operation, energy saving, safety and reliability, low noise, no pollution, and easy maintenance.
The chassis conveyor line is equipped with two sets of self-propelled trolleys, which use continuous conveying to lift the assembled chassis assembly from the chassis line station and send it to the integrated line for transfer. The empty car returns to the chassis line to start the next cycle. The cab conveyor line also uses continuous conveying to complete the lifting and bottom process assembly after the cab body interior assembly, and then transports the cab body assembly to the integrated line for assembly with the chassis assembly. The empty car returns to the last station of the interior line to start the next cycle.



This project involves the design and manufacture of chassis automatic transfer integrated aerial EMS conveyor lines and 1 cab aerial EMS conveyor lines for Foton heavy trucks. The EMS self-propelled trolley conveyor line is a logistics conveying system that embodies modern mechanical, electrical and automatic control technologies.
