The Beijing Futian New Energy Hydrogen Fuel Assembly Workshop Project was independently undertaken by DUOYUAN Intelligence. We were responsible for solution design, optimization, manufacturing integration, installation and commissioning in this project. The project includes 1 chassis line, 2 assembly lines and 2 sub-assembly lines, involving the design and manufacture of multiple non-standard equipment.
Among them, we designed an advanced windshield manipulator for this project, which adopts modular design and industry-leading aluminum alloy tracks. This manipulator can easily move the windshield in three directions, XYZ, and realize the adsorption and angle adjustment of the windshield through vacuum pneumatic devices. This equipment greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the efficiency of glass installation.
On the chassis assembly line, we equipped the project with 14 high-level dollies, two of which are in a group. These high-level dollies can support the high-level operation of the bus body and complete the assembly of the chassis parts. These high-level dollies have adjustable height, width and length and can withstand a body weight of up to 10 tons. The design and manufacturing of these devices are in line with our technical level and innovation capabilities as a DUOYUAN intelligent company.
At present, the project has entered the acceptance stage and is expected to fully meet the standard production needs of Party A after it is put into production.
