Using the resistance heat and a large amount of plastic deformation energy of the metal itself in the welding area, the metal atoms on the two separated surfaces are close to the lattice distance, forming a metal bond, and generating a sufficient amount of common grains on the bonding surface to obtain a weld, weld or butt joint.
