In view of the weld information of common parts of sanitation vehicles, the following two types of welding workstation systems are equipped: frame-type single-axis flip position welding system (suitable for workpieces welded on both sides) and disc-type double-axis rotation position welding system (suitable for welding of various shafts, discs, cylinders and other rotating workpieces). Each workstation includes a welding robot system, two positions (single-axis H-type positioner/double-axis D-type positioner), a gun cleaning and wire cutting system, and a safety protection system (arc screen, fence, etc.).
These are the requirements to discuss when selecting and integrating this equipment.
