Hatch door skeleton welding workstation

The door frame welding workstation is equipped with an H-type three-axis positioner, two welding robots, a safety protection system (welding room, dust removal equipment), a gun cleaning and wire cutting system, and multiple fixtures. The overall dual-machine single-side dual-station welding mode is adopted. Workers load and unload materials at a single position outside the welding room, while the robot welds the workpiece at the inner station. After completion, the whole workstation flips over and switches positions. This workstation greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves production efficiency and product quality for users.
