Equipment description: The DYHZ-C series bus body frame assembly machine is a CNC automatic adjustment type. The entire moving part of the equipment is driven by a servo motor to drive the worm screw lift. The equipment positions the window upper beam (or window column), waist beam and skirt. The waist beam can be raised and lowered in the direction of the vehicle height, the skirt is positioned in the direction of the vehicle width and can be extended, and the window upper beam is positioned in the direction of the vehicle height and width. The equipment adopts a modular layout to increase the operating space for personnel. The equipment is positioned as a universal adjustable type to meet the production model, with a vehicle width of 1.8~2.55 meters and a vehicle length of 6~13.7 meters. When using, the vehicle model parameters are pre-stored in the system PLC. When using, you only need to call it, and each part will automatically run in place, and the changeover time is less than 5 minutes.
