How it fits your production.

The end beam welding workstation is equipped with two sets of inverted walking devices, two sets of welding robots, one set of material conveying mechanism, two sets of gun cleaning and wire cutting systems and multiple sets of automatic fixtures. After the material is delivered to the right place, the lifting mechanism lifts it and transfers it to the welding station. After the automatic positioning is completed, the robot performs welding. After the welding of this station is completed, the workpiece automatically flows to the next station. The robot is equipped with a walking device and is installed in an inverted manner, which greatly increases the operating range. The overall layout of the workstation is suitable for workpieces with larger overall size (exceeding the operating radius of the welding robot) or workpieces that require multi-station switching welding operations.

FAQ

How does the end-beam welding workstation handle a workpiece?

A lifting mechanism transfers the positioned material to the welding station, where the robot welds it before automatic flow to the next station.

Which workpieces suit this workstation?

Its layout suits large workpieces beyond a welding robot’s operating radius or workpieces needing multi-station switching.
